Ottica Giannetto will ship its products by SDA courier. Shipments are free throughout Italy. All shipments are traceable, as soon as the package is shipped, Ottica Giannetto will send the customer the tracking number via the email provided at the time of purchase. In this way the customer can connect to the SDA website and track his package, viewing the status of the shipment.
All products purchased on the site are shipped directly from the headquarters of Ottica Giannetto located in Messina.
DELIVERY AND ORDERS
Ottica Giannetto aims to deliver within 5 working days of order confirmation. Any delay in shipping caused by problems concerning the courier and / or by exceptional or particular conditions relating to the specific country of destination, is not the responsibility of Ottica Giannetto. Delays may occur during national holidays. Orders received from Friday afternoon to Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
Customer signature for delivery may be required. Before signing the delivery, we kindly ask you to inspect the package to check for tampering.
If the customer receives an empty package and signs the delivery receipt without immediately reporting the fact to the carrier, Ottica Giannetto is not responsible for any refund or replacement.
The customer must keep the receipt of the delivered product, in case of future needs concerning him.
Once the order has been placed, the shipping address used for the order cannot be changed. If you wish to change the address, the original order must be canceled and the customer must make a new one. If you wish to cancel an order, you can do it by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours from when the purchase was made. If, on the other hand, the delivery had already taken place and a refund or replacement of the item is desired, Ottica Giannetto invites customers to consult the section Change / Return Goods.
If some details of the delivery are missing (such as an incorrect destination address, telephone number, or other incorrect information but necessary for shipment purposes) and the customer does not respond within 15 days to the request for clarification by Ottica Giannetto, the order will be canceled automatically and a refund will be made. The customer will be able to make a new one on the site.
